Return Policy

You may return any item that does not meet your expectations for a full refund within 30 days. Items that that break or fail due to manufacturing error can be returned at any time for an exchange or full refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Any custom textile product made by Stacy’s Sensory Solutions is guaranteed to last as long as your family member needs the item. If the item has a problem with its construction, please return it to Stacy’s Sensory Solutions and we will repair and return it back to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to10 business days).

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We cannot offer international shipping at this time.

We use UPS Ground for most orders. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 days. With the exception of custom weighted blankets, orders typically ship out from our shop within 24 hours. Custom weighted products are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Generally they arrive within a week.

PO Box destinations will be shipped priority by the US postal system.
