Fidgeting is known to help restless fingers and restless minds. Whether it’s listening in class, siphoning off restless energy, or simply to relax, fidgeting can help you and/or your child have better focus and attention! We have divided our fidgets between ones for squeezing and ones for manipulating to make it easier to sort through the different kinds of fidgeting.
