Squishy Morph Ball

A soft skin filled with sandy material that has a firm resistance, this ball allows the user to stretch and shape it many ways – make it flat, make it long, make into a ball! This is a good tool to use for frustration and anxiety–take a deep breath in as you twist the ball up, and then breathe all those negative feelings out as you press the ball back into its original shape.
