This Silent Basketball was designed to be an indoor basketball, but we also love to use it as a giant stress squeeze! Since it’s made of high-density airless foam, it’s super satisfying to get both hands around it and squeeeeeeze as hard as you can to get out any anger or frustration! It also has the realistic bounce that you would find in a traditional basketball, so you can practice dribbling and shooting drills without worrying about all the noise.
This smaller version is 7″ in diameter, and is perfect for smaller hands.
