Avocado Hot/Cold Pack

This fun hot/cold pack works great to heat or freeze to keep lunch hot or cold, but it can also be used as a sensory tool! Temperature regulation can be difficult for those with sensory processing issues, can having a handheld pack that can be a quick fix for being overheated or chilly can be a lifesaver. It can also be helpful to use on aching joints. Plus it’s filled with a gel that is very satisfying to gently squish (please don’t squeeze too hard – it might pop). Can be heated by placing in hot water or frozen by placing in the freezer.
