We do lots of things at Stacy’s Sensory Solutions besides just selling sensory products - Stacy loves to use her decades of sensory knowledge to help people and organizations build sensory rooms, put together custom sensory bundles, give educational talks on sensory topics, and more! We would love to work with you and your business or organization to make sure you have the sensory solutions you need.
Here is a list of services we can provide – but if you have an idea that’s not listed here, please reach out! We take on unique jobs and projects all the time.
A sensory room is a space that’s been set aside specifically to cater to calming and regulatory sensory input.
They’re set up in homes, schools, counselling offices, and any other place that children may need somewhere to go to calm down and self-regulate. It can be an entire room or just an area within a room – it just needs to be a dedicated space that’s just for sensory input. These spaces usually have calming sounds, interesting textures, soothing visuals, and anything else that will help children go from agitated or upset to calm and peaceful.
For people that are new or unfamiliar with the ins and outs of sensory input, it can be overwhelming to try and design and build a sensory room from scratch. That’s where we come in! Stacy loves to help people design these sensory spaces and has years of experience and dozens of happy customers. She’ll work with you one-on-one to brainstorm what would be best for your unique sensory space based on your needs, then help you find all the pieces for your space (or make you some custom pieces!), and then help you set everything up to make sure that your space exceeds your expectations!

We sell a wide variety of sensory bundles and sets, which are a set of products geared towards addressing a certain area of sensory input (weight, texture, sound, temperature regulation, etc.) or a variety of inputs so you can get a wide sampling of what sensory input has to offer.
But if your business or organization is interested in our sensory bundles but they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, then don’t worry! We’re happy to make up a custom set just for you to address the exact sensory needs that you’re looking for. All of our bundles also come with an Activity Sheet from us that will detail the various ways to use each item in your set for the most effective use as a sensory tool.

Some examples of custom bundles that we have made:
Help Me Grow, a North Texas organization dedicated to connecting families with community resources to help meet their specific needs, commissioned 15 unique bundles from Stacy to be placed in their community centers and lent out to families who might need them. These bundles were geared towards early learning, emotional regulation, and social-emotional skills.
Frisco Independent School District commissioned a custom bundle that would be given to every single bus driver and bus monitor in the district that took students with special needs to and from school. Being on the bus to and from school can be a very agitating and dysregulating time for students – it’s a big transition, it’s not very structured, and the students are usually tired after a long day at school. These Bus Bags are full of calming and regulating sensory tools that the bus monitors can lend out to students on the bus so that their ride can be calm and peaceful (such as fidgets for movement, calming visual tools, weighted lap pads, and more). Stacy also came and gave a training to all the bus drivers and monitors on how best to recognize when a student might be in need of a sensory tool, as well as the best ways for students to use them.
Frisco ISD also commissioned a different set of custom bundles designed to support students’ sensory needs during speech therapy sessions. Engaging the power of sensory input during the therapy session enables the regulation needed to learn – when students aren’t distracted by their sensory needs, then it’s much easier for them to focus and learn.
Stacy was an educator for 15 years before she started her business, and now has an additional 12 years of experience in the world of sensory input and sensory processing!
She loves helping families, teachers, counselors, therapists, and anyone else who wants to learn more about sensory topics. She’s given countless presentations at a variety of different events, and regularly works with local school districts and organizations to educate parents about the basics of sensory processing disorder.
