The Bumpy Gel Ball is covered with little bumps which give it textural sensory input while squeezing.  The squeezing is helpful for developing hand and finger strengthening and control. It will always retain its shape no matter how much fun squeezing you give it.

This ball also has the option of being sewn into a durable lycra pouch! If you or your child tends to pop stress balls, then this is a great option – it’s nearly impossible to pop, and since it is permanently sewn in, curious hands can’t take it out and pop it anyway!
